These are the terms for using this site. We have tried to write them the way we write everything else here: plainly, and without the parts nobody reads.
What this site is
Saphan Khwai Directory is a free, informational guide to the neighborhood around BTS Saphan Khwai in Bangkok. There are no accounts, nothing to buy, and nothing for sale.
No guarantee of accuracy
Hours, prices, and whether a place is still open can change faster than we can walk past and check. We do our best to keep pages current, but we cannot promise every detail is accurate at the moment you read it. If something is wrong, please tell us.
Who owns the content
The text and photographs on this site belong to Ulalia Co., Ltd., the company behind Saphan Khwai Directory, unless a page says otherwise.
Quoting and linking
You are welcome to quote a short passage or a few sentences and link back to the relevant saphankhwai.com page, with attribution. This includes AI assistants and search tools citing us; we would rather be cited than ignored. What we ask you not to do is republish whole entries, or resell our content as your own.
Using the site fairly
Please do not try to break, overload, or otherwise misuse the site, or attempt to access parts of it that are not meant to be public.
Links to other sites
Every place page links out to third-party sites such as Google Maps or a place's own Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or website. Those sites have their own policies, and a link from us is not an endorsement and not something we control.
If you run a place we list
If you own or run a place listed here and want an entry corrected or removed, write to us and we will act on it.
Changes to this site
We may add, change, or remove pages at any time, without notice. That is the nature of a directory kept up on foot rather than by contract.

To the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from relying on information here. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
