A little cafe with an elevated patio, just across Sutthisan Road from On Site Coffee. Prices are very fair, starting at 55 Baht for a solid espresso, and despite a long, colourful drinks menu the coffee is actually good. The tiny patio has two round tables facing the street: not tranquil, but fine for a coffee and a cigarette. Inside there's more comfortable seating than at On Site. On Site's coffee is a bit better, but to sit and relax, Beans Bread wins. Friendly staff, nicely decorated, and opulent Korean-style egg sandwiches.

Across the road from On Site Coffee

Deep Dive

A little cafe with an elevated patio on Sutthisan Road, just across from On Site Coffee, one of our favourite spots to grab a coffee in Saphan Khwai. Their prices are very fair, starting at 55 Baht for a solid espresso.

Typically when I see a lot of different drink items on a menu, like here, where they serve everything from "Strawberry Crush" to "Berry Glow" in colourful cups, I'm skeptical of the quality of the coffee. But they do actually have good coffee.

What's also nice about this place is the tiny elevated patio with two round tables where you can sit outside. It faces the street, so don't expect a particularly tranquil atmosphere, but if you want a coffee and a cigarette, it's fine. There's also a bit of seating inside that's more comfortable than at On Site Coffee.

Personally I prefer the coffee at On Site a bit more, but if you want to sit and relax, Beans Bread is definitely the better choice. The staff is friendly, and the interior is nicely decorated.

They also serve a range of sandwiches, especially these opulent Korean-style egg sandwiches with mayo and ketchup, as well as some toast and croissant sandwiches and a couple of pastries.
